1. First, you can begin by selecting "Copy Job" from the job list using a right click, or you can select the "Copy this Job" link from within the job on the left menu.
2. Then you will be asked to give the new job a name (we default to "Original Name Copy"). If you have access to more than one company you must select the company associated with this new job.
3. Once you save the job you will receive a confirmation message.
You might want to know what information is copied from the old job to the new job, so we've provided the details below
Job Information - All job information. You will need to review in case anything changes
Job Description - Everything will be copied
Job Requisition - All requisitions will be copied over with new unique ID's.
Job Boards - Only the baseline job boards will be copied. They will be configured the same as the job they were copied from, so if going to a new company, make sure you change the job location if it has changed between companies.
IIQ's and SIQ's - All questions, answers and scores will be copied exactly as previous job.
